EATING HABITS
Hi everybody. I’m Bryan and I’m from Peru. I have a specific
habits of my food because i’m working in increase my weight. In the morning I
eat oat with some whole wheat bread wirh avocado and eggs. Its is very delicous
for me. For lunch, I cook potato, tomato, onion, broccoli and ckicken and I eat
it. At the begining it tastes not good but then I got used to it. For dinner I
always eat the same food of lunch. Really I’m focusing in my objectives that’s
why I doing that.
